Dr. Claire Chen got her Ph.D. from Department of Material Engineering Science, University of Virginia Polytech Institution (Virginia Tech), in 1996. She conducted research and development in Ferroelectric thin film areas for non-volatile memory and high dielectric constant capacitor applications. She joined tsmc in 2000. Since then she has been active as Fab Integration Section Manager. In 2004, she joined Corporate Marketing as a Marketing Manager of Mainstream Technology Marketing Division and, since then, dedicated herself in TSMC Power IC business development.
